JeffDARNELLWe would like to thank everyone who helped Jeff and us, his family, during his end of life care. I am so grateful to Doctor Kazmie who even after retiring kept visiting us, to Danni and Kelly the Community Matrons who gave daily medication, to the Marie Curie Nurses for my many nights sleep, to Sue and Heroy and other carers from Beechtree for the gentle daily care of Jeff, to Margaret, Hospice Staff and Night District Nurses, always at the end of the phone, to Debbie from Crossroads, to the many friends and family who offered help, to Carol, Nicky and Lorraine who never needed to be asked, to Jackie, Jeff's loving carer for a year and my saviour and finally to my sister Nina for always being there for me. Thank you all again because without you all I would never have been able to care for Jeff at home where he so much wanted to be. Thanks to all who sent such lovely cards, messages, phone calls and emails, also to Kevin and colleagues at Gore Brothers for their kindness - Tina, Jacqueline, David and Paul.
